thermal heads
as standard, an 80mm wide thermal head is fitted to digi high speed labellers. a 108mm wide thermal head is also available for these labelers. both size thermal heads have the same definition of 300dpi (11.8 dots/mm).
frame height
to cater for various height production lines, there are three frame height options. the standard height frame gives a conveyor height range of 755-920mm, medium frame 850-1015 and the tall frame option gives a conveyor height range of 945-1110mm.
pack sensors
to ensure reliable sensing of packs, different types of pack sensors are available and can be mounted horizontally or over head.
